Who we are

Nola’s Farm is a family-owned distillery set within 50 acres of old growth avocado trees in Carabooda.

Founded on more than forty years of horticultural knowledge, the distillery represents the next evolution of that relationship with plants. Led by Nola’s daughter — a scientist, winemaker, and award-winning distiller — our spirits are shaped by a deep scientific understanding of how botanical flavours and aromas can be selectively purified.

Our cellar door offers a quiet place to taste, enjoy a drink with a gourmet platter or snacks and slow down, surrounded by the orchard that started it all.
